We are very proud to only offer the freshest kombuchas possible, part of that is seen in Shincha, which forms the base of most of our kombucha range. Shincha is the first pluck of a green tea harvest. Basically meaning you have the freshest aroma, lowest caffeine and highest amino acid content. It has a slight vegetal sweet flavour with minimal astringency. An easy to drink kombucha for any time of the day.
