Chicken or the egg?

Over the past 3 months we have grown increasingly aware of our reach. We want to supply more product for you guys, but don't have the capacity to do it currently. Most markets we get bombarded with the same question. Where can we buy more? Our stock standard answer is always "Only at the markets we go to, and Jamu at the Adelaide Central Market".

As a small home based manufacturer, everything is done in small batches. We are conscious of not making too much as any excess we can't sell has a limited shelf life. And we want to bring the freshest kombucha to you guys. We have grown our brew batches since we first started in February. But have found that space is a premium at home, and have quickly outgrown the small nook we have dedicated to our pico brewery. So with that, we began looking for a larger commercial space to operate from. With a bigger space, we are hoping to make more and sell more to you guys. The scary part of that is, as a business, you can never know if your dream will be embraced. But like a scary voice once told Kevin Costner in 'Field of Dreams'...

If you build it, they will come.

So with that, I'm going with the scary voice, my gut and self assurance that it is the right thing to do. We are in the midst of negotiating a space in central Adelaide which we are super excited about. Our tiny pico brewery will soon become a nano brewery. My they grow up so fast!
